As for getting women, it’s tricky and hard to answer, the boost in attractiveness is undeniable and does make women notice and talk to you more easily. However, coming across as needy/horny is a huge turnoff and so being a long streak can fuck you in the end game/closing.
If you can manage the horniness then long streaks are the way to go, if not, it’s best to use no fap intermittently. I would say 7-9 days is optimal.
