I seriously cannot understand how anyone with access to pure cocaine manages to NOT go overboard. Escobar was a madman, but a reasoned madman. I'd have blown up 5+ planes had I been him. I love explosions.

He had the public support, because Pablo helped to build schools, hospitals, and funded almost everything in Medelline. So CIA, Mossad, Cali Cartel and the Columbia government all came together to destroy Pablo, as he was trying to go against the established order of Columbia, and the CIA. To this day Cali Cartel is behind the drug trafficking of CIA. CIA used men like Barry Seal and Enrique "Ricky" Prado, and many Mossad mercaneries to infiltrated and spy and map out the corporate structure of Medelin cartel, and thus they could start targeting and assassinating them. They also made false flag terrorism and accused Pablo so to cut him out from his power base which was the People of medelline.

Basically Jhon "Popeye" Velásquez who was Pablo's guard alledgedly killed 300 of Pablos enemies and went into prison full of Pablos enemies and friends of those who he killed, but some how he didnt die in prison. He is the only source and evidence to Pablos involvement in the terrorist attacks against random people. He was never extradited to US, and went free after 20 years. The other Pablos men deny all accusations to this day, but they will never see the daylight Again when they are inside supermax prison where they cannot talk to anyone about things that really went down.
