It's so expensive to build in Toronto and Vancouver, so the only people who can afford to live in these areas are rich foreigners and immigrants.
So, instead of building new homes for people, we build high density apartments for immigrants.

They build these shit-tier apartments in the middle of nowhere, and they make it so that no one can afford to live there, and then they say "look at these poor people! They have no where to live! Why don't we build them a new city that they can all live in!"

I live near munich in the last years the rush hour traffic has increased so much you have to leave at 4 am to get to your job on time. Also groundwater shortage is becoming an issue. We dont need more people and houses we need less.
