Aesthetics and art are very important cultural aspects of any society. Hitler knew this. Sadly, the Western institutions of today are filled to the brim with Marxists and leftists of all stripes, because the political right deemed art to be beneath themselves and abandoned the creation of art - voluntarily. Sadly there are a lot of boomer-minded folks who see the Socialism part of NatSoc, fixate on that, and blind and deafen themselves. Never mind that Hitler never seized private property - except that of Jews, of course. But kikes are kikes.
And how is making sure your fellow countrymen are fed and employed a bad thing? The issue with boomer-minded people like yourself is this idea that everyone must fight each other to survive in this world, this "I made it myself" boomer mentality. Hitler wanted countrymen to help each other. The boomer mindset want countrymen to take advantage of each other. Radical individualism is called radical for a reason, and America is a country built on that mentality. A social safety net is not a bad thing in and of itself, it's only an issue when you have niggers and spics that take advantage of the social security net, when you have what is termed "white trash" that subside on welfare only. Hitler's Germany would have solved that problem of people taking advantage of the social safety net easily, of course.
National Bolshevism is what boomer-minded individuals are actually thinking of when the term National Socialism comes up. National Socialism respects private property and private corporations.
