THIS MEANS THINGS REAL THINGS ACTUAL THINGS ARE HAPPENING
IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING NO MORE IS IT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS BUT NOW IT IS THINGS ARE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING THIS TIME AND NOT JUST NOT HAPPENING BUT HAPPENIG H A P PENING
heres the first thread. basically, its good. Quick history:
1. Jews/FDR usurp all 3 branches of government, becomes a near-despot 2. Anti-FDR Senator Pat McCarran creates the Administrative Procedures Act, a complex web of regulatory boards and courts to stymie FDR 3. FDR reeeeeee's, claims it's a 4th branch of government (and is correct desu) 4. FDR dies, having outlived his usefulness 5. APA passes 6. Jews immediately subvert the 4th branch 7. The presidency has been neutered ever since and most law in practice is now determined through unimpeachable shadow courts and bureaus within bureaus no one has ever heard about
Sadly no. Most of the gibs is spelled out directly in law.

So who's going to be the first gigachad to sue the IRS? FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF, SEC, EPA, DHS, DOE, DEA... of course this country became an overbloated shithole of (nepotism)
Adam Walker
Are there any videos or podcasts on this topic? I don't even know what to search for. I want to learn more about this but I need to give my eyes a rest.
Elijah Nelson

Hudson Scott

Owen Robinson
won't this just be struck down by Supreme Court?
Colton Parker
As a reminder, if it sounds too good to be true, its too good to be true. Two weeks etc.

>Are we reinstating the 10th amendment? In a strange round-about way yeah By declaring the various three-letter agencies are federal overreach, it will fall to the States to start handling it
Of course Congress will not like their power being stripped away like that and will fight tooth-and-nail to keep it And that's going to cause issues with the red states Anybody remember that whole "Here's how Boog starts" post with the overreach of Feds vs States like Texas? Yeah...
Blake Walker
post yfw the day fedniggers got btfo finally arrived
If I had a time machine I would go visit Jan Smeedes and check out that star fort as well.
Jack Gomez
Can I get a summary so I can know if OP pic is actually worth reading?
Jose Ramirez
Explain this to me like I'm autistic
Blake Martin
While my official stance is still "nothing ever happens" I am allowing myself to enjoy the thought of things actually changing for the better, at least for a few threads.
Jeremiah Johnson
I think somebody sued the SEC in the 5th Circuit court and now it is going to the Supreme Court ...it calls into question the legitimacy of all the other 3 letter agencies making and enforcing "laws" because only Congress is supposed to be able to legislate.
Nicholas Butler
Documented to be almost always right 98.6% of the time by the Sullivan group.
Half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair.
Bureaucrat gang is getting rugpulled. Basically instead of the SEC (or any other agency) is no longer going to be able to run their own (((administrative courts))) to lay extra-legal penalties. >What this means for you as a pleb Tons of overpaid lefties are going to lose their jobs (that they took poison jabs to keep) as government bureaucracy is decimated.
You are the only person that actually explained it in a way that was simple to understand, thank you.
Tyler Watson
>The administrative state being dismantles Never going to happen. That's the entire way in which they enforce globohomo now since Congress doesn't pass jack shit and couldn't pass fast enough if there were no 4th branch illegally doing all their work for them
Owen Garcia
here's hoping they go after intellectual property next
I know this will get overturned, but if not...HOLY FUCKING BASED. WE'RE BACK BOIS! USA! USA! USA! GET DABBED ON EUROS, FEMOIDS, AND UNTERMENSCH. REAL WILD WEST HOURS!
Jackson Moore
So does this mean we can sue the government?
Lincoln Brown
Time to pay the pied piper?
Kayden Jones
>That's the entire way in which they enforce globohomo globohomo has been collapsing right infront of us for months, could you not see it?
Yes - it is nice fantasizing about a better Country, but the putrid smell of reality ruins that very quickly.
At this point I am so blackpilled that people will never wake up from these invisible shackles we all wear.
Parker Gutierrez
holy shit. Now this is a happening upon happenings. I mean I was here for so many "happenings" Roe v wade, ginsburgs death, the letter by the french generals, pre covid happening warnings, etc etc years of these, but this seems like it could be America on non historical mode in HOI IV happening.
Lincoln Allen
>could you not see it? The way I see it is that people still don't understand how much Hillary losing in 2016 fucked them over. >Trump isn't perfect Absolutely, he's trash, but Hillary not being able to repay decades of (((favors))) means that the wheels are coming off the bus.
Carter Cooper
>wall of shit no one is ever going to read Are you a leftist?
Colton Sanders
is this good for citizens, corporations or both?
Aiden Hernandez
dibs on the atf. I'm gonna need a way jewier lawyer, though. to the synagogue!
Ryan Torres
If they are collapsing, they might start pulling all of the stops. Don't know how bad this coming food shortages may be, but maybe they're working to torch everything down, "salting the fields," so to speak.
Time out my nigger. What even IS happening? I see shit about the SEC just being declared "unconstitutional overreach" by the 5th Circuit but also FBI and CIAniggers being "unconstitutional", all based on states rights.
Andrew Cox
Copyrights and patents are literally in the Constitution. Paring copyright back to 20 years with no renewals would preserve the original intent of promoting innovation while simultaneously destroying the Jew's ability to gatekeep culture.
Ian Jenkins
>Run for President >Destroy Federal Government >umad? >People still want you to run for President. >So you can burn more shit down. >Americans are comfy.jif while the rest of the world has to charge their cell phones to buy sugar. Why are Americans the chosen people, Any Forums?
Julian Thomas
they've been favoring strict interpretation, and this is pretty fucking clearly a breach of due process. also it means that I'm never paying taxes again, so I'm giving this all my energy
TL;DR version 5th Circuit Court said that SEC violates the Constitution when they punish people because they lack the Constitutional authority to do so This could cascade to every other federal agency - EPA, FDA, CDC, etc.
it's not just the usa regulatory agencies are destroying republican forms of governments everywhere.
Here the fucking tax agency decided that properties in the city of buenos aires should have their fiscal value multiplied by 4x for taxation relative to the rest of the country for the lulz just because the city did not voted the peronists for decades.
Literally property values went 4x for the government because a tax agency decided to do that for the lulz.
All agencies are doing the same shit abusing society in multiple ways.
David Flores
You will be forced to pay taxes
Dominic Gomez
This may not be checkmate, but it's a death blow.
Luis Taylor
this isn't entirely correct. they could allege that you broke the law, but it wouldn't just be >you fucked up, bucko. right to jail or >here's your massive fine for breaking this rule we have, that's representative of our interpretive dance routine relating to the letter of the law. no, you can't argue. and they would have to take you before a normal judge and jury, where you would be tried and convicted through normal proceedings. or let off.
Liam Lewis
>You will be forced to pay taxes sort of already am as I'm now signed into a LLC contract with the state
