No I believe in reincarnation simply due to the fact that conservation of mass and energy states that the energy of the human soul cannot escape the universe therefore it has to go somewhere and most likely it's just recycled and you're reborn as a new person, however everyone forgets their past life/lives because babby brain is too small, same reason why you don't remember anything from being a toddler either.

Unless your memories are uploaded somewhere then death is the end of you. Looking into people's near death experiences might be helpful. There are tons of stories out there of people dying in the hospital, at home, etc. and they can see themselves floating above their bodies, fully aware of what's going on. Perhaps you do retain your memories then, at least for a short while.
