All that would be necessary afterward, is some weekly missile maintenance, to keep you in the dirt and prevent you from repairing shit. You certainly wouldn't have the means to advance onto any relevant Russian land. Maybe in the middle of nowhere, north, in Siberia. Nobody would care, not even the polar bears.
