I am thinking of getting a Pug. But I know they have trouble breathing. I need advice.

I would get a mutt from a shelter perhaps. breeds like chihuahas and the super small dogs are for fags
Big dogs are fine for apartments. My GSD has been with me her whole life in the city. As long as you can commit to twice daily MINIMUM walks, you're fine. Preferably 3 walks/day tho.
