Here is the flat earth, clear as day. Pay attention to the sky, it shows we are not going to a different angle on the other side of a ball. There is no curve, there is just a "endless" level plane. The ground goes visually up into the horizon vanishing point/line, and the sky above your eye level goes visually down into the horizon vanishing point/line. That's how perspective works.
