Jail is not an issue in this. It's a civil suit for damages. Money. That's it. In a criminal case the state is the plaintiff and the defendant is the accused. In this case Depp is the plaintiff and Amber is the accused. She filed a cross claim for same, so the jury can rule nothing or everything for either one. I'd like to see her have to pay his costs, frankly. That alone could bankrupt her. I say that because she did all this shit to him when his mom died, which is asshole of the year award abuse.
