A Mastriano / Oz ticket is a win win for so many reasons. Both are endorsed by Trump and Mastriano is real MAGA, while Oz is obviously a RINO but will please that part of the party (plus liberals). Oz did really well in Philly/Eastern PA and will turn out a lot of voters there. Mastriano did really well in Pittsburg/Western/Central PA, and will bring out a lot of vote there. R's had higher primary turnout than Ds. This almost always determines who wins the general.
As for the D candidate, hes hated by blacks and wont get many Philly voters turning out (of course most will vote regardless because of fake mail in votes). Oz might actually get a few blacks to vote for him.
