Every employee my dad has had has tried to steal from him.
being on the other side, every employer I had made everything to try and slither away from his duties as such -- including one who was friends with my family. coworkers constantly backstab each other, moreso if women.
people are simply trash no matter the strata or gen, I've noticed.
In my experience of working in a working class environment, one thing that shocked me was how keen people were to get other people fired, often for trivial things. They are all from the same economically deprived area, they all know how tough it is to get by in such a degrading job, and yet several times people have casually attempted to get this or that person fired even after knowing them a long time. It has made me really question the notion of "community" and all that. The older I get the more cold, selfish and intolerant I am becoming. If I meet someone who seems kind, gentle and hard-working I will help them.

Even with help, being such nowadays is a death sentence. It's like cowagies can smell the rare few that are like this and immediately go for their throats. Especially womyn -- if they see a new, young, gentle, hard-working wagie (especially if it's another girl) they'll make that person's life a living hell

Absolutely correct. Don't hate them for it, just recognize your role in making them what they are and try to do better, maybe save a few lives instead of destroying all of them.
