He's right, and I hate ageeeing with pink hair things. To put it in an easier context. When you play a skilled employee, you aren't just paying for the current job, you're also paying for the time and effort put into learning to do it right. Most businesses owners understand this, especially in maintenance.
I'm not getting $50 /hr for no reason. I get that payment because I've learned to solve the issue within the hour as opposed to others that have to sit and tinker with it multiple hours. Longer lines are down, the more money the company loses.
