Isn't it interesting (read: Jew-like) that the caption is written in a way to make Durham the one on trial.

The lawyer representing Sussmann, Michael Bosworth, is not only Jewish and gay, but also represents Clinton, the Clinton campaign, Hillary for America, and was once hired by James Comey serving as Comey's Special Counsel.

Bosworth's defense is that Sussmann is a patriot and a hero for taking his concerns to the media and to the Bureau. That after leaking his data to the NYT he was just doing his "due diligence" and took the "initiative" to bring these allegations to the FBI so they would not be caught "by surprise." Yes that's correct, he did not leak the info to the press to cause a media stir right before the election, he did it because he was a hero and a patriot. It was only after he realized that the media was careless and would be rushing to release an article that he took the careful measure to reach out to the FBI himself with the data and allegations.

The way the prosecutor had to word everything is pretty telling too. Its always Republican first if its a bad thing or trump, and Democrat first if its a good thing, trying to sway a mostly Dem jury.

Also, Bosworth argues that this is normal procedure at the FBI when taking tips, and that once the FBI said they were not interested Sussmann gave up. Of course this does not explain Sussmann then altering the data again (the Updated Allegations) and then going to the CIA and Congress with the data / allegations. I'm not sure if Durham is able to touch on this.
