Do you think there's anyway to force black people to develop as a race? From my experience with them, they hate anything to do with societal growth unless it reduces any responsibilities given to them. If theyre irredeemable then i guess maybe you can try to force that aggressive nature by nurture and controlled exposure to the world?

Blacks are maligned with industrial society. The idea of working for a man who had one good idea for the rest of your life sounds stupid to them. They may fold into functional company, but will always maintain their sovereignity. When the flow is obviously antinatural, they cannot go with the flow. Imo this is very useful ( long term) because white people have an affinity to allow things to happen as long as some result is achieved.
Don't get me wrong, miscegenation is a sin and nigs will never maintain a society in the modern world. But maybe the modern world needs a good knifing.

Yes I do, and for quite some time now I have posited that the civilizing of the negro race is one of the prime objectives of the United States of America. Because of the USA, there are now literally millions of 100 IQ mulattoes running around the world. We've had enough blacks in the USA that the high IQ ones (like Clarence Thomas or Malcolm X) can actually have a career and write books and influence the world.
In an ideal situation, we would be able to export these blacks to African and Caribbean nations to help civilize the rest of the black populations there. Unfortunately, I don't know if that's possible. High IQ blacks are just as good as High IQ whites in all honesty, but the Low IQ blacks seem far more dangerous and dysfunctional than similar low IQ whites.
I do think that with a process of eugenics, the black race could be civilized enough to maintain and develop high civilization. But I don't know if any leader within Africa or anywhere else would have the fortitude to go through with such a plan.
