were are actually all the BMPTs? Would be interesting how they perform in a conflict for which they were actually designed for.

Too difficult to establish the truth based on lies and exaggerations seemingly from both sides. I'll give them a score when the conflict is officially concluded.

They did pretty good, considering NATO instructors spent half a decade training ukrainians and entrenched their positions and ontop of that gave them like 100 billion dollars worth of gear. They fucked up a bunch of times, like the first 3 days they were too soft, shit logistics the whole first month, or idk if its because they were spread too thin for the logistics to cover everyone, and then the sinking of Moskva.

They wouldve gone a lot further if they went all out in the initial assault, both artillery and rockets and if they went in with the T-90MS instead of the old scrap wouldve helped them a lot.

They broke too many of the rules of war trying to be clever and minimize western kvetching, this actually played into the hands of the west who were going to kvetch no matter what, Russia should have gone hard and fast, taken the lot then let the shit sort itself out. Not using a massive military advantage was insane.

Not bad, given they are fighting a near-peer conflict we havent seen since Iran-Iraq while being outnumbered at least 3:1. But there is definitely room for improvement.

It's not that they didn't have good potential, but it's rather that Putin's dove-like requests to the Generals to preserve lives and win through a "soft war" is what fucked them up

but overall i think that putin is a cuck and went too soft on them... so based on what i wanted to see (carpet bombing of civilian buldings, disregard of pig human life, torture killing of Azof) i would say 1/10

Complete joke, they cannot defeat a country right on their border with a much smaller army. Russia has been completely and totally exposed as a 3rd world country with a completely weak army that would stand zero chance against any NATO power. Russia's reputation is forever destroyed and it will take decades, perhaps a century before anyone can look seriously at Russia as a world power ever again.
The only way they can win the war is if they start a nationwide draft of all military aged men but that would lead to a collapse of their government.

But damn its just hard to believe their game isn't more on point. I keep thinking there is a "crazy Ivan" about to drop that noooooooooobody is seeing..
My "normalcy bias" towards Russia just isn't letting "me" let go of the old sk00l thought about "rooskies"; I guess they really are just mediocre, maybe even bad at the whole "measured warfare" thing.
