I believe in ADX there's in cell camera surveillance especially of notorious inmates like he will be, you're in your cell 23 hours per day and there's nothing you can use to commit suicide. It's not impossible but it would be incredibly difficult as if you attempt suicide the guards will immediately come into your cell
