How do I find hope in a world that is so obviously broken?

The entire west has been fucked for the past 70 years. Everything our forefathers gave to us has been stolen corrupted or destroyed.

Hope is still something i struggle to find most days. From what I've heard, and what I've tried, it's best to find something you enjoy doing (like a passion) and just work on that. For me coding and working out helped, as well as learning to play guitar. Did it help entirely and make my problem go away? no, definatly not. But it gave me something to look forward to doing every now and then, and helped relieve stress and depression. Hope this helps user
