no, i think we have the same protections as everyone else for the owner but the website can still be closed by a court, and this is actually enforced, for example i think stormfront is still blocked here since that time some users there wrote a list of italian jewish journalists 10 years ago or something

also to answer you questions about lawyers, i don't think there is someone that specializes in free speech since nobody cares but you could try looking for the lawyer hired by casapound when facebook banned them since he won and forced facebook to reinstate their account
another one is Andrea Fusillo, a self proclaimed ancap lawyer that became famous here in the last couple of years for fighting against covid vaccine passes and mandates (didn't accomplish anything though) and i'm not sure he stands for freedom of speech despite the ancap thing because on his website he has something about suing famous people that insulted unvaxxed people on tv and stuff like that...
while he's not wrong from a legal point of view as a libertarian i wouldn't use a law i disagree with against someone
