>Is Italy free? no and nobody seems to care about personal freedom and stuff like that, the parliament seems hellbent on passing at least a new hate crime or hate speech law every year they aren't usually enforced though, i'll give you that
Jacob Hernandez
Shit isn't enforced at all here Only if you are a turbo retard going around in uniform then they arrest you But normally they don't care
Nolan Perry
Would you be able to host Any Forums in Italy?
Julian Edwards
absolutely not, but the branch of the police that deals with computer crimes is hilariously incompetent so you might get away with it for decades
Cameron Miller
What makes you say that though? Any Forums is an interactive forum, can the state hold the host liable for what's posted by other users?
Cameron Rogers
>Is [a country in Europe] actually a free country? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>can the state hold the host liable for what's posted by other users? no, i think we have the same protections as everyone else for the owner but the website can still be closed by a court, and this is actually enforced, for example i think stormfront is still blocked here since that time some users there wrote a list of italian jewish journalists 10 years ago or something mind you, since it's not hosted in italy it's just a dns block you can get around in 2 seconds but still
Juan Campbell
also to answer you questions about lawyers, i don't think there is someone that specializes in free speech since nobody cares but you could try looking for the lawyer hired by casapound when facebook banned them since he won and forced facebook to reinstate their account
another one is Andrea Fusillo, a self proclaimed ancap lawyer that became famous here in the last couple of years for fighting against covid vaccine passes and mandates (didn't accomplish anything though) and i'm not sure he stands for freedom of speech despite the ancap thing because on his website he has something about suing famous people that insulted unvaxxed people on tv and stuff like that... while he's not wrong from a legal point of view as a libertarian i wouldn't use a law i disagree with against someone
Ayden Johnson
no country is free
Andrew King
Based, thanks for the insights. I have right of return through my great great grandmother and depending on what the attorneys say I might end up there long term.
Joseph Ward
if you're white then yes, you can
Ryan James
if your flag was a few hundred kms to the east i would have guessed you were joshua moon looking for a new place to host kiwifarms by the way, while this is not the right country to host stuff it's probably a good country to host your money, i've never heard of a bank freezing someone's account for political views or speech so if you want to profit off of someone else's hate speech this might be the right country for you
Andrew Smith
you need to pass a state exam and own a special license to be a journalist and have your pieces published, the law was created under pic related, what else you want to know?
Jordan Sanchez
You seem to be in every thread where did you come from user?
Logan Fisher
that's just to create a newspaper and be legally responsible for the stuff other people write actually, you can be a journalist without that bullshit
Carter Jones
you still need to be registered to the order unless you're a blogger >Ai sensi della normativa del 1963, i pubblicisti sono iscritti all'albo dei giornalisti, ma sono inseriti in un apposito elenco, diverso da quello dei professionisti,
Ethan Kelly
No, here is shit fren... all laws have a way to bypass them since politicians and law makers want a possibility to escape/be exent
Jonathan Jenkins
>Is Italy actually a free country? No, not only after 1945, but since its birth in the 1800s. Shitaly was always a proxy country built by masons
Camden Perez
You pronounce the sentence "I am against the multiracial society" and you can get up to 6 years in jail. 'it*ly' is since its creation by Jews and freemasons in 1859 is the ground zero of subversion.
Cameron Murphy
here he goes, the siculo neapolitan guy joined the chat
Lincoln Williams
...
Kevin Torres
He's not wrong though
Landon Hall
On the masons? UK and France created the entire thing, or better put the thing created the modern countries. On the siculo neapolitans taking over Lombardy? Hope he did a varg and baked 8 haplopure children then.
Ryder Rodriguez
If you're redpilled you're set aside as in every other NATO country. If you publicly expose the Roman hand you could get arrested but media is so powerful they just troll and joke on you.
