I think Serbs have good feelings towards Russia historically. Russia helped Serbs get free from Turkish yoke 150 years ago. Then Russia was in full support mode to Serbs in WW1. Then Serbs were the only guys in the area who FOUGHT the nazis, instead of joining them.
