I like how their distinction of extremism isn't about whether you debate things vs mass murder about it, it's whether you share their views or not.

That's not news. That's an opinion.

This magazine literally glamorized terrorists and published false rape accusations.

By this point the mere existence of somebody who doesn't agree with all their views sends them into a hyperventilating panic, calmed only by the removal of the offending person (who was merely existing with the wrong opinions, that bigot). This conditioning took a while but here we are.
There's no distinction between them anymore.
It's a propaganda machine, that's what it's there for. In a more just world they'd be the ones with the police tape around the entrance now instead of some store.
