The true cost of feeding yourself WITHOUT carbs

If you don't know that carbs (processed or refined, starches, gluten, etc. fiber doesn't count as carbs) kill you and destroy your body by creating insulin resistance, then you need to research that first. And if you don't know to buy organic, you need to look that up too.

Here is what I typically eat in a day (all organic)

1-2 avocados (5 dollars total)
3 eggs (2 dollars total)
some kind of high quality protein (12-15 dollars total)
Veggies (8 dollars total)
Some raw cheese (4 dollars total)

That's about $35 dollars PER DAY to eat roughly 2200 calories of high quality fats, proteins, and veggies.

Do you understand why people are so fat and sick? It's because they literally cannot afford real food and have to eat shit like ramen and bread which makes them sick and fat.

Food prices are truly out of control, and you can expect people to get fatter and sicker and a rapid pace because food is fucking unaffordable anymore. I'm literally spending $1000/month on GROCERIES that I have to prepare myself... this isn't an eating out budget or anything.

Replace avocados with macadamia nuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds and save yourself money and the embarrassment of wasting that much money on fruit.

Frozen veggies (green beans, brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.) are generally in better shape than the "fresh" stuff you get, and cost about 5x less.
Bulk protein & cheese will save you roughly 1/2 what you are paying. Vacuum seal your meat and freeze it. You have no excuse not to have a freezer chest filled with animal protein. You can fill a medium sized chest to the top with protein for about $500 right now if you're not a retard.

Keto dieting is an anti-social trend meant to make you constipated and give you foul smelling breath. You may be the one guy who stays up on his vegetables, but more often than not, people just use this dieting fad to eat shitty, processed meat and cheese in large quantities.

Well I'm not saying carbs are good for you. However they are a cheap source of nutrients and a staple food that many people can't do without on a daily basis. Green tea for instance does limit glucose uptake in the gastrointestinal tract and is known to fight insulin resistance. In fact green tea extract is a very solid supplement for diabetic people.
Now obviously only eating high-grade meat and vegetables is preferable but it's just not a practical solution for everyone
