Being on team USA tends to end up quite good for you. Maybe not as good as for the Americans themselves, but living in a democratic and relatively prosperous society really is kinda awsome. Also Americans export their culture masterfully so that people integrate their values at least somewhat.
Meanwhile Russia is a fucking hellhole, that actively steals from its vassal states, promotes oppressive forms of government that people genuinely hate, is filled with corruption and theft. I cannot stress enough how bad it is to live under Russia. As a Lithuanian I heard a lot from my parents and saw Lithuania right after communism fell, and I can see it now after a couple of decades on capitalism. And this is what immunizes majority of Lithuanians from Russian propaganda - we see the difference every.fucking.day. It's mind boggling how shit everything was and how much better it is now, even with retarded politicians in charge. And this is why Lithuania supports Ukraine like it does. We really, deeply know how fucking evil and horrible Russian rule is and what it entails.
