When you load a (normal) man with 120lb of kit, he crumbles. Both women and men have to train their bodies first. It's no big deal.

Women arent equipped for the infantry. Of the two that passed, one was an officer's lapdog that never had to carry heavy shit. Both were carrying rifles despite each section having like 5 LMGs and other toys. The other shattered her hip trying to ruck 50 lbs and fractured something in her leg.
