I suspect that a lot of people here are people who went to college or spend all their time on the internet and thus have inflated views of how left-wing and degenerate everybody is.
Arch conservatism like you see on Any Forums isn't very common, but moderate conservatism is. You'd be surprised if you talk about declining morality in America, how hookup culture and other degenerate behaviors are ruining the relationship between men and women, how the decline of Christianity and religion in general is causing a lot of the selfishness and bad behavior we see around us, how we need to go back to valuing marriage and commitments to our partners again. You'd be surprised at how many normies will agree with you.
I've talked about these subjects with several of my co-workers and have yet to receive a negative response. Pretty much everybody at least partially agreed. Even the black people I work with agreed that rap music is pushing a terrible message onto young people and they wish it had more wholesome lyrics. I even suggested banning violent pornography to one of my co-workers today.
Its not just us, a lot of people are getting sick and tired of how immoral and degenerate society has become. They just don't have a leader yet to step forward and actually promise to do something about it.

At my workplace, I don't think there's a single truly far left, woke person. Pretty much everybody seems to be either center-left, centrist, or center-right. Me and one other guy might be the only arch-conservatives.
Regardless of how free thinking you believe them to be. My point was, conservative values are not as controversial as a lot of people here seem to think they are.
Going back to my point about college and the internet. When I was in college, you really couldn't question liberal ideology at all. I got so desensitized to leftism back in college that I didn't even think flat out communism was that weird anymore.
The same kind of happens on the internet. For the most part, internet culture is really liberal. Look at the "anti-SJW" brigade. Most self-described anti-SJWs aren't even conservatives. They're basically just centrists who hate censorship and political correctness of any kind but anti-SJW types I've noticed tend to be the biggest supporters of degenerate stuff. Yet anti-SJWs are considered right-wing on the internet.
In real life, however, anti-SJWs are pretty much just centrists.
Then again, I do live in a southern state. I don't know how things are in California or New York.

Not anymore. Back in college I was because there actually were some people like that at my college. They weren't a majority but they clearly did exist.
The more I stay out in the real world though, the more I am noticing that those types of people only exist on college campuses, the internet, and Starbucks cafes.
