That's just the loudest, most obvious ones, with many still scattered around. All are acting politicians that were here ever since the inception of independent Ukraine. All of them are heavily pro-russia - and all of them involved in major corruption schemes.
The whole reason why 2014 riots happened was because Yanukovic was revealed to be putin's puppet, has been exposed in draining country's resources for years, and then domino reaction followed that kept exposing more and more corrupt leeches.
