During the Truman administration they replaced any independent-thinking brass with shabbos goy yes-men. Every year the criteria for being a shabbos general is changed to demand more wokeness, more servility, and more commitment to Israel. The Brass demands more diversity and ignores reality because the politicians that put them there don't care, they want diversity commissars more than they want competent soldiers. Its more important to the kikes that soldiers point their guns at cis white males than their ability to shoot them accurately.

You might think "What about American ability to fight its enemies?". America ceased fighting real wars a long time ago in favor of proxy wars and wars against vastly weaker opponents. And both proxy wars and anti-raghead operations are more about material than men. You can get away with barely competent soldiers when you can obliterate your enemy from miles away and melt their shitty surplus Soviet vehicles and aircraft.
