All you would have to do is watch him for a few minutes, figure out what he's currently talking about (say, rent increases in a city), then post 'CHICAGO IS GIVING A STIMULUS TO LANDLORDS' with a twitter link to like the middle of a brazilian torture video or scat porn.

It's just not natural to want to silence anyone. It's an invalid argumentative tactic (the idea hasn't been defeated) so only someone who is obsessed with winning and not bothered by how weak their ideas are even thinks to do it.

That's not how content moderation works on streaming platforms. If he takes that off the screen right away and isn't displaying intent to do it again, the worst that can happen to streamers is that the jannies can take down that stream live. They can also just start a new stream right away a lot of the time too, especially if they take down the old stream willingly right away.
