Yes, yes they are. Breastfeeding is actually a lot of work, especially if you have a job already. Of the 4 women I know besides my wife who have given birth ALL of them have chosen (yes, they chose) to formula feed rather than breastfeed. Breastfeeding is better for the child and mother, but these inconsiderate bitches don't want to spend even a second longer on their children if they don't have to. Not only that, but this shit is subsidized for poor people, so they take that route instead.

Consider how many women are on pharmaceuticals like SSRIs, stimulants, anti-anxiety meds, and others. I'm not in favor of formula corn/onions syrup slop, but it still seems preferable to that Pharma-cocktails which most women are on, and that pass through breastmilk.
