step four, gradually lower the tempreture until you are standing in an ice cold fucking shower freezing your ass off
step five, exit the fucking shower

enjoy an average of 6 fucking hours feeling comfy as fuck in the sweltering heat .
repeat process if you start feeling uncomfortable again
