The true cost of feeding yourself WITHOUT carbs

If you don't know that carbs (processed or refined, starches, gluten, etc. fiber doesn't count as carbs) kill you and destroy your body by creating insulin resistance, then you need to research that first. And if you don't know to buy organic, you need to look that up too.

Here is what I typically eat in a day (all organic)

1-2 avocados (5 dollars total)
3 eggs (2 dollars total)
some kind of high quality protein (12-15 dollars total)
Veggies (8 dollars total)
Some raw cheese (4 dollars total)

That's about $35 dollars PER DAY to eat roughly 2200 calories of high quality fats, proteins, and veggies.

Do you understand why people are so fat and sick? It's because they literally cannot afford real food and have to eat shit like ramen and bread which makes them sick and fat.

Food prices are truly out of control, and you can expect people to get fatter and sicker and a rapid pace because food is fucking unaffordable anymore. I'm literally spending $1000/month on GROCERIES that I have to prepare myself... this isn't an eating out budget or anything.

That is fucking crazy

I've been eating only potato for 5 months now and I feel amazing

also "organic" is an empty label, it's like saying your food is "biological".

I lost like 40-50 pounds bc medical school forces me to sit for hours. my friends thought I had cancer when I saw them. You don't need 2200 calories. I think we get like a dozen organic eggs for 2-3 bucks at Aldi. Your prices are all fucked up man.

>medical school

why did you join a cult?

Food is way too high but those are exaggerated prices. 8 bucks for a dozen eggs? C'mon

this is probably the must crushing thing to deal with. i want to be healthy. they make it so i cant be healthy. Im glad i have a good job

No meat? 3 eggs for 2 dollars, what are these luxury eggs, ostrich eggs?! Vegetables for 8 dollars? What vegetables? How much? What the fuck?

That's 4 days of my food budget, you sick cunt.

Have a gander at yourself at the mirror Bruce, could be Paddy staring back.

I've been posting picrel for years on here and I will continue to do so. The loss in nutrition is compounded by the need to consume more carbs to maintain adequate nutrition.

True, but not all organic is the same. Actual organic food is well worth the expense, the problem is it is hard to find. The plant health pyramid is very real and organic produce grown in that paradigm is the only food that should be labeled organic.

potatoes will be a "super food" as soon as the right jew owns enough potato farms.

Jew can't into agriculture.

Sometimes I think that white people farm jews as a tribe, because they're too lazy to write their own scripts for television media.

>buy organic
you're a mentally ill retard aren't you

Geoff Lawton married a jew.

Now you are tackling the REAL issues, American man. It really is a concern of why healthy foods are more expensive than processed crap.

It's not a puzzle, shit food is cheaper to produce and the byproducts become even shittier food.

Oh fun. This shitty slide thread again...

>some
Nice unit of measure you got there shill.
Your prices are fucking retarded. Who pays 5 dollars for 1 avocado? Or 2 dollars for 3 eggs? And what the fuck is "raw" cheese?
>Do you understand why people are so fat and sick?
because they're too lazy to look for places that sell them decent food, and because they're too lazy to cook their own shit. So they stuff their faces with Mcburgers and then they wonder why they get stomach cancer 20 years later.

Or you could just go to a supermarket and by whatever cut of meat is cheapest. Let’s say it’s three dollars for on-sale ground beef. That’s about 1300 calories per pound. $4.61 for 2000 calories.

Have you ever been to America? The nearest store is 100 miles away and it's Shartmart. Plus the walls of their houses are made out of glue and sawdust. They're fucked from birth.
