THIS was a fed handler who was a plant working at the store. THIS fed was the one who gave him the information on the security guard's routines and general placement. And THIS was the fed who gave him the target. We need to find out who this guy is, because I'm willing to bet he is one of the people in that Discord with him, coaching him.
Looks like Discord is partially responsible for not reporting that suspicious activity to the relevant parties.

Adding to this, if this and its implications were publicized, actual documentary proof that the government is directing mass shootings, it could legitimately be the end of the regime if enough people understand it.
