Gaining weight is the same as losing weight. Track your calories for a week using what ever online calculator. I used my fitness pal but you don't have to. Do it for a week, and also log when you eat. Find the average calories per day by adding up each days calories and dividing by 7. That number is almost certainly your maintenance level. Add 500 calories to that number and that's how much more you should eat per day. Dried fruits and nuts are likely going to be the easiest to incorporate into your diet without making you stuffed. I recommend Dried dates. Each one is about 100 calories iirc. 5 a day. This is the easiest way to increase your weight. As for building muscle I could add more if you're interested but it's much more difficult and somewhat more complex.
Nah manlets should be even more buff to compensate. No one cares if your skinny when you are tall. A skinny manlet though? Not good.
Its also way easier for them to get some mass going.

went from 6'5 155lbs to 197lbs in about 2 years, OP. i am telling you from personal experience that the hardest part of the entire ordeal is the first 3 days. i spent most of my time just trying to make myself eat without throwing up. every bite made me feel sick and so fucking full. but i had a diet plan, i knew what calories i was eating and how many i needed, and i made myself eat that much every day.
your stomach will adjust quickly, as i said i stopped feeling horribly sick after 3 days. after a certain point, it just became normal for me to consume that much. i was working out and running so much that it would make me feel hunger to not eat that much.
good luck, OP. i hated being a weakling who could barely bench 100lbs. i hated the feeling of knowing most men around me could kill me in a physical confrontation. god, i hope you follow through. the rewards of a crafted body go far beyond health and dopamine.

Obviously, you need to build muscle, not fat.
If you can't eat much, try protein shakes and freeze-dried protein plus strength training.
I also cannot eat a lot of meat, so I get protein in this way.
for manlets its also about 20x easier to bulk up cause they have shorter appendages and body size. tall lanklets need to eat serious food and exercise like a mofo to get 1/2 the results.

If you're skinny then this probably isn't true and you actually weight less than most of them. Girls have more fat in their bodies.
I use a scale at work and on average girls who dare to try it are heavier than the dudes that do it, even some of the tall dudes.
Try probiotics like homemade kefir and unpasteurized sauerkraut maybe it will help

same here, 165cm and around 60kg. ppl also think i'm a lot younger than i really am. its not too bad bc i got away with a lot stuff bc of it but also made some situations pretty awkard
Get high quality multivitamins, eat more unprocessed fruits and vegetables (about half of each meal should be fruits and vegetables, get a party tray of them if you're lazy and don't want to peel them), and do half an hour of yard work every day to acclimate your body to exercise while also achieving something.
