i suspect the lack of videos is due to their range and fire and forget operation. Stugna has to be guided and has a neat little remote screen you can record everything on. The only javelin kills ive seen have been recorded by drone.

javelins are slow and if you fire at long range you have to sit there and wait for a hit before moving.

in the future tanks could have systems that would very easily be able to detect javelin teams and target them before they can retreat.

There are 4 generations of the Carl Gustav. Ukrainians have the M3, which is about 30 years now. The Ukrainians account the Carl Gustav was used to take that T-90M out and others believe it was then destroyed by another Russian tank or even a BMP after it was disabled. An earlier Ukrainian source claimed a javelin was used.

Literally not the case. Javelins are silly expensive because they fly on their own and US MIC. They get fired and in most cases the tank is dead a few seconds later.

All you have to do is read the manual to understand that this is not a serious weapons platform. I'd take an RPG-7 over these any day of the week.
