Just stop eating so much. Constant food intake triggers our insulin production and our body adapts to this constant spikes. Skip a meal, skip even a few meals, skip even a few days without calories. But if you combine this constant food intake with shitty food the damage is even worse. PUFA, GMO, microplastics..... all this crap in our food triggers other chemical processes in our body.
He is not solving "aging", he is researching how to restore our normal lifespan. What this idiot is doing is trying to fix a system (our bodies), damaged by our environment and decisions, not by elimination but with adding new chemical processes.
