I've personally seen almost 10 people be taken out in an ambulance from my apartment building alone and not come back. There's generally not many people walking around or cars on the street regardless of what time of day it is.

I have actually noticed some kind of strange energy over the last few days. I was laying in bed last night looking at my youtube feed, this site, crypto charts, and realized that the last few days have had this weird "nothing" vibe. Not that nothing important had happened but it felt more like there was a shared sense of apathy among people and that everything felt like a nothingburger. It was quite strange. A very frightening sensation in a sense where you spend all your time overstimulated and suddenly you're at "normal" which is actually much lower than one's typical levels.

The word "purgatory" came to mind. A sense of emptiness, that came with neither concern, interest, or even dread. It just felt like an emptiness. Never experienced such a sensation and state of mind before.
