I looked up the specific article mentioned by the poster which had nothing to do with it and there is nothing about the glowies lie in Chapter 18 titled "Crimes Against the Sexual Inviolability and Sexual Freedom of the Person" which seems to cover everything related to rape and sexual assault. If there is other relevant legislation to this enlighten me.
