could be.shipping facilities are getting burned down around america. and all the forced racial hatred is a tactic the romans and americans used in other countries to weaken them. russians actually tried to piss the blacks off and get them to revolt in the 30s i think. also just having one agent shoot up some events can cause panic and fear and shut things down
KEK, terrible but oddly rings of truth. From sucker punches from behind to randomly firing into a crowd, there always seems to be the stench of fearful cowardliness to their actions.
