Also they sometimes get the special fucking treatment from managers like they are some unique snowflakes.

That reminds me of a time a few years back when I was doing some x-raying (boiler pipe welds) at a coal-burning power plant in Alabama and I saw a guy about 50 yards away running around beneath a crane-suspended load, guiding it with a rope and sometimes jumping into the air and swinging around to maneuver the load into the right orientation. Wait five or ten years. There is going to be a huge push back to the home and all these dumb broads are going to act like they're empowered by taking cooking classes. Women's interests change with the weather and once businesses start really hurting from women's incompetence they won't actively seek to hire gashes over men. The workplace won't be so vaginal and women will boo hoo about it even more. By then men will be sick of their bullshit and they won't get any sympathy. Then back to the kitchen, ladies.
Most of women's life is pretend. They legitimately put on an act almost every minute of the day- makeup that makes them look like someone else, clothes that hide their fat, shoes that make them look human size and not elves, etc. Women choose their friends based on how they make them look and end friendships because they don't like that look anymore.
Jobs are one more thing that's nothing more than an act. Women have no idea about earning a paycheck, pride in their work or advancing the business to work their way up. Instead they playact the entire time, which is why women are so fascinated with muh gurlboss and inspirational social media job bullshit. It makes people think they are doing more than they are. I have worked in a number of female majority businesses (and left as soon as I could) and they put more work into planning lunch and setting up ridiculous workparties than they do for any actual work. They will spend hours pretending to work and act like they are busy rather than fucking doing anything.
