You should probably do some research. Chinese intervention was due to British invasion of Tibet. After they realised they could get enough troops over the mountains they forced Tibet to pay them ridiculous amounts of cash and when they couldn't they instead started dictating policy at which point china said fuck this and went in.
China's invaded plenty of countries though, nowhere near as much as the USA and mainly just border skirmishes, but Tibet is pure nonsense.
