>UK at the top
Still enjoying that fantasy of the magical ideal NHS, eh? Our health service is fucking abysmal.

Half medics per capita due to socialist state regulations and other non sense for the good of the masses

US healthcare is shit corrupt garbage dogshit but
>equity
this index is trash

We're probably highest because we're the only system in the world where you can contribute literally nothing while having full access to all services.

We have a lot of niggers working in our healthcare jobs and it brings the quality down dramatically.

>full access
In theory. Good luck actually getting it.

Not being clear and open with pricing. It benefits both the doctors office and insurance companies to make things as unclear as possible. Big money to be made.

We only have free Healthcare for people who live on welfare

for the vast majority of americans it's service at most mildly better than socialized healthcare, but at an absolutely insane markup that will bankrupt you even WITH insurance.

You forgot about leafland, its the same here. Our shit absolutely sucks tho

Skewed study results. America has more top hospitals than any other country in the world. Our health care is world leading.

The media lies about everything

You have full access to waiting 6 months to see a GP then 3 years to see a specialist, just like everyone else. :^)

the ambiguity of the public and private sector is the biggest issue in my experience. in the "healthcare" industry it is an amalgamation of both in such a way it becomes neither. it is a monstrosity of red tape taking all of the bad from each and none of the good.

What do people mean by "Healthcare?" The only necessary services are ER rooms, dental, and maternity. All the rest is a small minority of the population

Ooh lets look into The Commonwealth Fund, shall we?
>old money via Harkness family
>Funded by Standard Oil
>assets up to $750 million
>want 'healthcare for all'
>want it for blacks and poors
So, lets see what charitywatch's score is...so we can find out how much of each dollar is used to help
>oooh nothing
But..they formed in 1918
Methinks i see a money funnel

You guys literally give no fucks about anyone else other than yourselves and even then, only to some extent.

The idea of paying a bit extra in taxes so everyone can have cheap doctors and medicine is heresy to you literally because it's "paying for someone else's problems", even though you do benefit from having members of your community healthy as well.
Instead, you prefer to pay insurance, which is effectively the same thing (pool funds together to pay for the few that actually end up using it) except you end up paying more due to the company having a profit margin and for the same reason, you're likely gonna die before you convince them to actually pay for your shit.

Meanwhile you have no problem living some of the most unhealthy lifestyles possible, eating an entire periodic table of chemicals with every meal, too much sugar and fat with no exercise to spend it. You literally eat as if you had free healthcare.

Not gonna rag you too much for it, you can't actually ever have public healthcare because you don't have a community that you care about, just a lot of people living together in the same area which isn't the same. That and a fuckload of migrants and niggers means any socialized healthcare would collapse within hours of having started.
You do not know what you're missing and you never will because your country is as compatible with public healthcare as Africa.

Not gonna argue it works 100% here or in most countries in Europe but when it fails hard, it's usually because of some other problem, like Britain and the refugees. Or Germany and the refugees. Or Sweden and the refugees. Or Portugal and corruption.

the usa has too many fat fucks and beaners and black people shooting each other in gang crime. the solution is not clear but one thing is, joe biden and his goons have no idea just how many of those people they are smuggling
in to the country are going to vote against them because they are catholic or christian and in fact also find baby murder to be vile.

I see it work like that in my country as well. Plenty of medics work for the state on public hospitals but also do extra hours for private clinics. They barely do anything in the public except for referencing patients to their own clinics where they charge a lot (and most of it is paid by the state).
Any time there's a serious case or they fuck up in their own clinics however, they send them to the public hospital so they aren't their problem anymore.

There's talks about limiting contracts for medics so they can't do this shit, you either work for the public or for the private, but it's gonna be a while before that happens.

Diabetic fatasses and centenarians who should have died decades prior sucking up all the resources, for one. Niggers, for another
