1. Ukraine has been getting glowie help for eight years. That whole thing with DRUMPF during 2020 election was about military aid from the US. A huge part of why Afghanistan fell in like 30 minutes was because they were so goddamn corrupt, most didn't have the will to fight, and those that did wouldn't even get food, bullets, or pay. Not really, mobilization allowed him to stave off the threat of revolution for quite some time. Russian failure in the field, as well as incompetent internal policies, is what led to the February Revolution. I wouldn't put it beyond him to actually start a limited mobilization if things don't work out in the coming weeks. Russian Army isn't that huge.
