Constant infighting. Administration is all piggie tier NPCs doing nothing but make-work. People reeing for the top spot too much usual end up suicided.

I was a teamster for a year at UPS. Warehouse workers were only making $11 per hour while the average driver was at over $30 an hour. I would’ve had to wait a whole nother year to be eligible to drive so I just left because I didn’t want to live like that even though I was living with my parents. I kinda regret not staying though. Drivers today are maxing out at $40 an hour. Plus that juicy pension after you stay for 25 years would’ve been great

and to think that the actual UPS truckers are making around $50/hr plus benefits, more in "high demand" aka nigger markets where theft/unattended trailers is a serious problem

The pay was a few dollars more, I didn't necessarily like it, the members, especially the politics, but when I got a sinus problems after an infection I was worthless worker for almost a year until I got surgery and they couldn't fire me.

Yeah the tractor-trailer drivers make the most. $50-60 an hour but you’re those jobs are very hard to get. You’ll be on the local waitlist for 15-20 years before you even get a chance

Applying for electrician wish me luck

Same here. Worked at UPS under union. Don't even know why I joined but I did midway through. The union is a joke. Pay was decent and good benefits, but you would've likely got that shit anyway. Union doesn't protect anyone besides shit workers who want to miss 3 - 4 days every week.

Plus, when I worked there, they were promoting niggers and lesbians over others despite seniority. Union has no real power except getting more money through the grievance complaint system which I never used.

They'd come and try to get people to vote Democrat though and they take money from your check every time. Would I vote to unionize? No but I am self-employed now.

Furthermore, unions just kill businesses. When they go on strike, there is a good chance that the business will collapse or move elsewhere. Unions are not good unless you don't want to work.

Depends on the union
Current union is great because it’s small and just one company
Last union was all talk because it was national and spread over many companies and several industries
Unions are a healthy check on companies, where government mandate is an unhealthy check

I worked as a temp in a union factory and it absolutely sucked, and I had to bail. Non union factories are much better aside from pay.

For one thing, unions are designed to be fair, so instead of signing up for day shift and working 6am to 4 pm mon through thurs they assign you random shifts on random days. One week you work mttf 6-4 next week you work mwtfs from 200 to 1030pm. They were the first to mandate masks and social distancing, and they require you to follow retarded procedures made up by admins who dont actually do or understand labor

> unions just kill businesses. When they go on strike, there is a good chance that the business will collapse or move elsewhere
You’re right but a business collapsing is not necessarily a bad thing. It sucks on the micro scale but a bailout is much worse in the macro scale

Most of them are cucked and jewed in my country. Except based CNT. Literal anarcho commies but the only ones that seem to side with workers no matter what.

I was a member of the IBEW local no.102 over thirty years ago. The leadership was corrupt and incompetent. They didn’t give a shit about us and gladly supported political candidates who would later on outsource our jobs and the jobs of our union cousins. The union highly encouraged us to vote blue on our ballots. Back then I was a young guy just starting out. I did what I was told. I hated how seniority ruled everything. The old guys were entitled. They never lost a negotiation in their lives and didn’t expect to. That was until nafta fucked everything up. I personally lost two great jobs because the old fucks wouldn’t take a deal and instead held out for more money. Both those shops shuttered. Young guys were actively fucked with in several of the shops I worked at. If you complained, they’d find some reason to fuck you over or dismiss you from the Union. One shop I worked at the old fucks would raid my bin if they were light on completed fixtures. There was a time when I had to work twice as hard to make enough for me and the old fucks plundering me. Young me would not be able to get work if an old coot needed to pad his retirement with ot pay. One day me and my friends were told to not come into work because our shifts were bumped. What broke the camels back was when we were on strike. I was delivering pizzas to make ends meet. Because my unemployment had run out and the unions unemployment wasn’t enough. I delivered a pizza to a gated community in north Jersey. The client was one of my Union bosses. Not only did he not give me a tip on a $20 pizza order. He slammed the door in my face. I saw how he lived. Like a Roman king. Water fountains In the front yard. Circular driveway. Two Cadillacs and a pool. And this fat fuck had the balls to tell us how he was fighting for us and with us.

Current 2nd step lineman apprentice with the IBEW. I make more than most journey level non Union linemen. The outside guys are totally different than inside wireman and their politics. All right leaning outdoorsman type. Have a good pension and health insurance. Great work, no complaints. I wouldn’t do this shit for less money so non Union is a no go for me. Nothing like climbing poles, working from helicopters, grilling burgers in the woods on the tailgate. Great brotherhood and old school mentality if you can shut the fuck up and do your job. I personally wouldn’t trade anything for the opportunity I have here.

pozzed shit lead by masonic faggots

Current member of the UTU (SMART-TD) conductors Union and RWU (railroad workers United. It’s a brotherhood, our leadership helps get our claims paid and keeps the carrier off our backs and defends us in investigations. I’m very happy with our local leadership. National leadership is another matter. I’m not very happy with them taking Hi-Viz to arbitration instead of through the courts and we haven’t had a contract since 2019.. looking more and more like we will strike and the government will step in and just force us back to work like last time with a dog shit contract. Fuck the RLA!

Tell us you’re a company bitch without telling us you’re a company bitch.

tell me you suck cock without telling me you suck cock
