The CCP is very cut and dry with religion because they don't care about offending anyone.

They know modern Christianity is mainly about about mega churches making mega money for themselves, so they don't give a fuck. If anything, they like it. As long as Chinese Joel Olsteen gives them their cut.

They know modern Islam is mainly about playing on the knife's edge of ethno-religious radicalization, so they publically humiliate and torture the local imams until they fall in line.

They know modern Judaism is about extracting wealth and moving it to Israel and enriching a select few at the expense of others. They are absolutely not going to tolerate that.
