>Why don’t they want us drinking distilled water?
who is they
>they
I hate arguing with normies about this shit. They think pure water will make you explode or something. Distilled water is the ultimate IQ test for your guests.
in b4 "muh nutrients" you get nutrients from food
in b4 "muh osmosis" you put salt on your food which is a million times the osmotic pressure of pure water.
They pay big bucks to fluoride you into a stupor.
Ok, here's some actual science
Distilling water gets rid of all impurities in the water, every single one, however the process also dissociates particles in water that are good for you as well.
When you distill water you are essentially boiling it, then recapturing it in gaseous form to recondense, leaving behind only the pure water and whatever particles where small or light enough to cling to the gas phase water.
What this means is that yes, it's 100% pure water, BUT it will strip your body of electrolytes and other mineral substances. The water has more bioavailability for mineral and electrolytic content than your body at this point and you will give yourself mineral deficiencies from drinking it too much. If you want to make it better to drink add in some baking soda and a tiny tiny tiny bit of salt.
>drinking distilled water
But that causes dehydration.
the same people who think drinking soda will dehydrate you just because it's a diuretic
parroting lines they heard on a morning talk show
>noooo you can't just drink water it will make you die of not enough water
No please do drink distilled you low IQ retards. Be my guest. You know better than us, clearly so keep drinking it and enjoy your deficiencies because I promise the lack of nutrients in food today certainly won't exacerbate your lack of mineral intake through your water. The ultimate redpilled water is fresh spring, mountain or well water.
>water causes dehydration
explain how
Reading this makes me think I shouldn’t drink anything but distilled water.
Scientists said so.
One glass should be fine, constantly drinking it isnt.
^what this guy says.
so you think it comes from morning talk shows?
the same people who sell circumcision and life insurance.
Oseteoporosis
If you do, please make sure to actually add some mineral content. Nothing wrong with it as long as you understand what your body actually needs to be healthy.
obviously the science is funded by jews, but so are the talk shows
nobody reads the jewish literature, they hear it from a jewish entertainer
because it literally cures diseases
>NOOOO DONT DRINK DISTILLED BECAUSE IT WILL STEAL NUTRIENTS FROM YOU!!! NO IT WONT FLUSH OUT TOXINS!!!
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Scientists also said that Atom boms are safe and effective, even beneficial. Here's a little clip about "science" for you.
this kills you
literally
If i water my plants with distilled they love it until they don't. Without supplmentning minerals such as calcium and magnesium the deficiencies happen in due time it's a guarantee. The benefit of using distilled is knowing it's 0ppm so it's a perfect starting point and makes supplementing nutrients easy knowing exactly what I'm giving them. It's so much easier using filtered tap though and they do just fine. But sure humans aren't similar at all kek
I read the jewish literature, and I really don't like what I see. Much of the discussion over distilled water seems to come down to psychology, the "concept" of pure 100% water is abhorrent to the jew. It must be destroyed. Water must be commercialized and it must be a senseless product label. It must never ever mean "H2O" in the eyes of goyim. That would be too close to the truth.
The truth is the enemy of talk show hosts and jews.
Water needs to be ionically bonded to a nutrient in order to be used by the body and actually hydrate you.
Drinking endless water will leave you dehyrdated, whereas drinking a glass of milk or orange juice will actually hydrate you.
At least thats what I understand, but I dont know.
You're being intellectually dishonest, the worst kind of dishonest.
