I think in these verses where Yahweh/God is said not to be a man, that part is clear. Where Yahweh/God is said not to be "the son of man, that he should repent", it should better be translated as "the son of Adam, that he should repent" -- This makes sense, since every son of Adam carries sin ... Except -- and here's the important part -- Except for Jesus Christ, who was both sinless AND the son of man (son of Adam -- the same word is used for the name of the man in the Garden of Eden).
