They take any opportunity and excuse to take time off work and leave the men to do the rest. It wouldn't even fucking surprise me if the only reason they got knocked up is to drop out of the workforce. The only reason these people stay in work is because their managers are too scared to fire them for fear of being sexist.

Well you remember what it was like in school in group work with the girls and they did none of it? Little changes, particularly where something marginally cerebral and intuitive is concerned, like graphic design. A friend of mine is the head of marketing for a startup and he's met with coders and shit, and he says he's never once seen a woman amongst the various groups he's liased with.
