no no, they've evacuated Hospital No 1, before making it into their base. But the hit (whoever did it) was on the Hospital No 3, that was NOT main base of Azov. Though they were hanging around it seems, asking for food, and cooking food in the yard. It's hard to make out what exactly has happened - but that seems to be the case. Also apparently she wasn't happy about pictures of her being taken and published.

How far apart were these hospitals? It isn't a stretch to say that Azov set a precedent for the military to garrison hospitals. So if the enemy starts shelling a civilian hospital, you can't really blame them when the defenders have been seen around said civilian hospital and using other civilian hospitals as bases.
