Also, keep in mind that Baltic Germans have gone from a sizable minority to practically non-existent because of WW2.
Nah, the original balts were closer to the Slavs but not really asiatic. Some of them assimilated (like the Old Prussians) into the German and Lithuanian populations though.

no, Balts have an uniquely very European ancestry confirmed by ancient DNA way before Germanics, there's very little Asiatic about the region, especially overall DNA(founder effect on Y DNA is another matter)
there's Germanic ancestry in the region obviously but pre Teutonic Balts were a very European, very northern cousin population of Slavs

Looking at wikipedia, haplogroup N, the Siberian gene of the speakers of Uralic languages, came into the Baltics after the Bronze Age. I remember Survive the Jive saying modern Finns are some of the most Aryan people, like have strongest traces of IE steppe heritage, but also carriers of Asiatic traces from Siberia, I presume from haplogroup N. Were the original carriers of that type White? Like the ancient Siberians, were they White? Or were they brown and slitty eyed as today?

Nietzsche was from Saxony. Part of the Prussian empire, yes, but was that area of Saxony ever occupied by Balts? Also, Nietzsche liked Poland because in his mind the arrogant, completely free, Polish szlachta was his ideal super man.
