MK ULTRA and psychological operation victims support thread

That thread will be used for people to discuss about victims of psychological operations, their reports, possible ways to help them, etc...

Questions:

When victims of trauma-based mind control are questioned, they tend to reinforce their condition through the mechanisms that their manipulators offered them (Ex: Someone reaffirming there is a "pandemic" when questioned about why one is wearing a muzzle). What approaches can be done to break that conditioning?

It is said trauma-based mind control victims can have a breakdown in case one attempts to cure their condition. Why, and on what occasions can that happen?

What NLP interventions can be done to cure individuals victims of trauma-based mind control and make them realize their condition?

I have thought in the following approaches to sane people from psychological mind control:

- Make people realize the liberties they were used to relish before becoming mind control victims e.g which liberties they had before the fraudemic they do not have anymore. Ask them if they want these liberties.
- Make people realize whether their desires are actually their desires or the desires of the people who inflicted trauma-based mind control on them such as the elite/state with which they have suffered dissociation with.
- Make people to realize their most immediate and basic necessities. That helps them to be more oriented towards life on a more local level and for themselves to rely on their perceptions rather than the perceptions the elite wants to push towards people (sometimes expecting people will blindly believe in them such as the purported fact people have "digital money" in a bank).
- Make people to realize how easy could be for the elite and the media to lie, falsify information, and manufacture false proofs.
- Make people to focus on the present and make them realize the reason why they have certain attitudes. E.g If one is wearing a muzzle in a place, ask why the person is doing that. In case that person thinks that he/she can be bribed for not wearing a muzzle, make that person to consider whether it is actually feasible or not for that to happen by checking whether there are state agents around or not. Sometimes the person's fear is just on the person's mind and was caused by a past trauma, and you have to make people to regress on the past to trace the reasons why they feel the way they feel. By making one to be in the present helps the person to re-evaluate one's attitudes.

I would like to use that opportunity to present a proposal for possible interventions people could utilize in order for them to reduce schizophrenia-resembling symptoms on themselves:

1- Grounding exercises.

There was a book that I have read once from Alexander Lower that spoke something about schizophrenia that goes more or less like that: Schizophrenics tend to not feel their feet because they are not grounded on reality, meaning that they are not down-to-earth, and the experiences they feel are all "up in the head", so grounding exercises are therefore useful for schizotypical individuals, because they make them feel their lower body, that represents their most basic needs and immediate reality (being down-to-earth means being aware of one's basic needs and immediate reality), like, for example, the feet. I couldn't find that book on the internet the way I expected, but here are the grounding exercises/kinds of exercises that Alexander Lowen recommended If I am not mistaken. I will try to describe them:

1.1 - Stretch your body and attempt to touch your feet. Try to let your spine loose and attempt to feel your feet as the base that sustains your body.

That can be done standing, like this: wikihow.com/images/b/b2/Touch-Your-Toes-Step-16.jpg)

or sitted, like this: soccermaniak.com/images/hamstring_stretch_17.jpg, but putting the hands on the tips of the feet toes.

Try to feel your feet during the exercise.

1.2 The arch pose: Put your hands in your waist (left hand in the left side of the waist and right hand in the right side of the waist - fingers pointed towards what is in front of the body), then bend your back backwards like an arch. While doing the exercise, try to feel your legs and feet as a basis of support that sustain your body.

The exercise looks that way: tummeeyoga.s3.amazonaws.com/anuvittanasana_yoga.png

1.3 - The arch pose 2:

It looks that way: cdn.prod.openfit.com/uploads/2019/01/22101648/wheel-pose-brent-laffoon-yoga521.jpg

You can do that using an exercise ball as well by sprawling your body backwards on it.

1.4 - The bridge pose.

It looks that way: pbs.twimg.com/media/EoFZTGhWEAI6lyU.jpg

1.5 - The back stretch: Kneel, and then stretch your spine by attempting to it as in front of your body as possible, like an animal sprawling its spine frontwards, so to speak. Put your hands frontwards while doing it.

The exercise looks like this: caliathletics.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/P4K1664.jpg

I suppose that every back exercise and exercises in which people sustain their body through the hands and legs simultaneosly do help with schizotypical symptoms.

Do the exercises with diligence to avoid hurting thyself.

2- Exercises to develop body awareness:

Apparently, schizotypical individuals have a tendency to have an ailed body complexion and squalid bodies. It is said schizotypical individuals have a lack of awareness/contact with their bodies, and it is also said that when one is deprived from one's bodily senses, one tends to develop hallucinations, which is something associated with schizophrenia. Therefore, exercises that help people to develop body awareness, such as weightlifting, must be helpful to sane schizotypical symptoms on individuals.

3- Memory exercises:

It is especulated that schizophrenics have a deficient working memory and semantic memory, so therefore memory exercises may sane schizotypical symptoms.

4- Language interventions:

Schizophrenics appear to have the following features in their language:

4.1 - Tendency to switch between seemingly uncorrelated subjects between sentences and phrases. That can be associated with their tendency to make loose associations and deficiency in memory.

4.2 - Tendency to miss certain information in messages that are necessary for people to be able to comprehend them. That must because the memory of schizophrenics must fire too quick, so to speak, which may make them to presume certain information are clear in an underlying way for people other than them. That must be associated with their tendency to make loose associations.

Interventions:

4.1 - Reflect what is the degree of connection between information, like the ones that are presented in statements and phrases. Try to "fill the gaps" between two information A and B with information that is closer to A and B than A is to B and B is to A so that you may be able to concatenate your ideas while making a smooth transition between information rather than "jumping" from one information to another information that are conspicuously disconnected.

4.2 - Make the exercise of forming longer sentences on the messages you produce (either mentally or through writing). You can do that in a sponteneous way or by editing your messages and making them longer progressively. That exercises your memory to be able to retain information about what you are writing.
Try reading and writing because they are good ways exercise your memory. You can adventure yourself in reading texts that tend to use long sentences and are sesquipedalian to train your memory to be capable of retaining more information.
Writing helps you to undergo the effort of evaluating your phrases, ideas, checking their coherency, how you could concatenate sentences so that they may be as much connected as possible, what may be the informational gaps in your writings, etc, which is helpful for tackling schizotypical symptoms.

4.3 - Pay attention to the informational gaps that may be present in your writings and the writings of others. You can study about the NLP Milton Meta-Model Violations for that sake. A good way to find informational gaps in information is by having in mind the following terms: "What", "Why", "When", "Who", "Where" "How", "So", "How so", "So what", "For what", "About what", "Rather than what".

For example, check that message:

"We went there and they spoke as we challenged afterwards. We did it for that sake in that place as we always were used to. It is pretty much better".

That message is strange because they contain informational vaguenesses. You can question it the following ways:
WHAT do you refer as "We"
WHAT you refer to "there"
WHERE "there" is?
WHAT do you refer as "they"
WHAT did "they" spoke ABOUT?
HOW did you challenge?
WHEN did you challenge?
WHO did you challenge?
FOR WHAT sake?
In WHAT place?
HOW were you always used to do something?
WHAT do you refer by "it" in the second statement?
WHY did you do "it"?
Better THAN WHAT?

4.4 - Pay attention to duplicity in texts. For example:

"The chief and the boss were angry with the student and the passerby. He told me that he has met him yesterday"

To whom the word "he" refer to in the second statement? The chief or the boss (it could be the student or passerby as well, but that seems a farfetched supposition to do)?
To whom the word "him" refer to? The chief, the boss, the student, or the passerby?

Beware of duplicities. Sometimes it is possible to infer to what information some information is referring to by taking into account the context that information is inserted, but sometimes the context of information aren't reliable for that.

4.5 - Pay attention to the punctuation in phrases and make sure you write and read things in a proper pace. I have the impression schizotypical individuals tend to "speak up" quite quickly and "all at once" while writing.

Are there actually any MK ultra victims here? I find that hard to believe.

I appreciate you man
I'm finally starting to realize how completely fucked I am.
I still don't know what's conspiracy and what's real... but I was drugged with Marijuana and molested by a Mason in my family... so it's starting to seem scarily spot-on

I really don't remember much of my childhood to even try to look back at which cartoons I watched and which ones were actually trauma/schizo-bait (Adventure Time is one major one though, and even now I feel like saying "I still loved it and it's a great show, though.

I've been a drug/porn addict since I turned 12. I met this completely mentally ruined girl who introduced me to degenerate shit (bestiality, loli, abuse) when I had been strictly opposed to even watching porn a few months prior.

I started getting bullied, which I believe is allowed to thrive so that kids like me reject their peers and start relating with authority (the staff, which also get bullied by real kids)

From that point on, I compulsively related to authority as if somehow I was part of the club that was abusing me.
I became a tranny coomer who drank DXM and watched sissy hypnosis bullshit 4 DAYS A FUCKING WEEK, thinking I was finally "liberating my soul" while raping myself and letting my body fall apart

I'm "red-pilled" now and I can't bring myself to stop being a faggot, or sober up and be a man. I can't go to therapy because they'll tell me I'm just Trans or some shit. I don't know what to do.
I can't help but feel I'm lost. I gave in and let it persist for too long

See

why are we trying to fix the people hell-bent on destroying our lives? fuck them. no refunds

That seems bad.
Also, the problem with psychologists is that they may be sold to big pharma and offer drugs that may screw you, I think.
But some of them aren't supposed to give you drugs, there may be some cool psychologists who may help you.

Something I am beginning to suppose is that victims of traumas begin to develop a tendency to go against themselves, such as by self-mutilation, because they have developed an identification with their traumatizers, and their traumatizers, in their turn, do not like them.
The problem would be how could someone realize what are one's thoughts and desires and which thoughts the person has that aren't actually their thoughts but the thoughts of the people that abused them.

Best wishes.
